One is narrow. EA is very broad. The average man is a C. But the shoes are very different from one brand to another, so be sure to check the return policy before ordering this catalog.
If the catalog is no table size, you can put down on the ground and are included on (or printed if) the line, then find another source.
If nothing else, go to a real store and see what they have and ask them to measure their feet.
It is foolish to guess.
