Wood is the traditional gift. If you are good with wood, you can do something. Otherwise, the furniture and the like would be great.
Money is the modern gift, but I do not know exactly how exciting you are. Since this is the 5th Anniversary, I think you have a lot of the wedding anyway.
Are recommended for jewelry, sapphires, turquoise gifts. As this depends on your budget, but I think that turquoise is the most expensive of the two.
As the flowers that supposedly the 5th Buy Anniversary margaritas are. You will probably find no great difficulty.
